Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping US Flat Rate $7.85 for orders under $99.99
- Free Shipping for US orders over $100.00
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the items.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather-related delays, customs issues, or incorrect address information.
Return Policy:
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card or payment method used during the original transaction.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If packages are returned to us by the shipping carrier due to the customer being unavailable to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the item.
Restocking Fees:
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- A $10.00 shipping fee will also apply to all returns.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please send an email to treadlifemiami.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.
Return Restrictions:
- Clothing items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached in order to be eligible for return.
- Items such as cologne/perfume, deodorant, and similar personal care products are non-returnable once opened or used due to hygiene and safety regulations.
International Sales:
- All international sales (orders outside of the United States) are final. These orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
